Designing text-based adventure games is not an easy thing to do. It requires critical study of the text, good organization and planning, and most of all, a lot of creativity and fresh Ideas. Computer games are now being exposed to critics who expect better results. Especially after being compared to the movie industry, where lots of written basics and studied fundamentals are at hand. Different computer games have different ways of visualizing the story and dealing with the textual fiction behind. Designing the interactive fiction has become a field of interest, as much as a profession for a lot of artists, critics, and computer scientists. Cinema producers, directors and screenwriters are sitting along with the game artists now, joining the efforts to make great computer games. The advancing possibilities and capabilities of computers are making the idea of replacing movies with computer games, or rather integrating the two in one, possible. The spirit of new media is making it all possible. New computer gaming companies are having new positions available for new fields of expertise, other than Computer programmers and 3D artists. And a good game is the one that can combine the best in computer graphics, the best in cinema experience, and of course, delivering the utmost entertainment for the player. It is in vain now that computer games are not exclusive on teens and computer freaks anymore.
